Terms of Service for Noah Austin Photography

Copyright and Usage:

All images on this page are the intellectual property of Noah Austin. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
Clients may use purchased images for personal use only. Commercial use requires prior written consent and may be subject to additional fees.

Payment and Fees:

Payment is due in full for photography services before the scheduled session.
Additional fees may apply for travel, special editing requests, or extended session times.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

Clients must provide [3 days/ 3 weeks] notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
In the event of a cancellation, any paid fees may be non-refundable.

Image Delivery:

High-resolution images will be delivered within [5 days/ 1 weeks] of the photo session.
Clients will receive a digital download link or USB drive with the edited images.
Client Cooperation:

Clients are expected to cooperate during the photo session, follow instructions, and communicate any specific preferences or concerns.

Editing and Retouching:

Basic editing is included in the photography package. Additional retouching may be subject to extra charges.

Model Release:

Clients grant Noah Austin the right to use images for promotional purposes, unless otherwise specified in writing.

Privacy: Client information and images will be kept confidential and not shared with third parties without consent.

Force Majeure:

Noah Austin is not liable for unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, illness, or other events beyond control, affecting the ability to fulfill services.
Governing Law:

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, USA. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Senoia, Georgia.

By using Noah Austin Photography, clients agree to abide by these terms of service. Noah Austin reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.
